What is the check-in and check-out time?
From 12:00 we can deliver the room to you, but we guarantee it at 14:00, as we depend on the flow of customers. Check out is at 12:00.
Can I check out of the room late?
Depending on availability, you can extend your stay for a small supplement, please inquire at our reception.

Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (big bed - two beds)
In the case of standard rooms, yes, always subject to availability.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
50% of standard and executive rooms have it and superior rooms have a balcony. We never guarantee the balcony but we do give priority to customers who book directly with us.
Do you have a romantic and quiet room? How can I reserve it?
All of our superior, suite, and executive rooms can be booked for a romantic stay. Take advantage of our offers or romantic getaways.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, they are available upon request. Please indicate it in the booking form.
Is there a possibility of a crib?
Yes, there is a supplement of 9€ + VAT. Please indicate it in the form when making your reservation.
Is there a children's menu?
For children under 10 years old we have a special menu for 18 euros. If you want something special there is no problem. Let us know and we will try to please the little ones.
How many floors does the building have? Is there an elevator?
5 floors and yes, there is an elevator.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
Yes. The air conditioning is centralized. You can regulate it from the room.
Is your hotel adapted for disabled people?
Yes, please indicate it on the reservation form so we can accommodate you.
Can you hold my luggage when I check out of the room?
Of course, there is free luggage storage.
Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
The hotel has a private parking lot, the price is 20 euros per day (2025). We recommend it as it is difficult to park in the hotel area due to its proximity to the beach.
Do you offer high-speed internet in the room for my laptop? Is it wireless (without cables)?
Yes, we offer wifi throughout the hotel and it is free.
What languages do they speak at reception?
Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.
Where can I rent a car?
We manage the service for you from reception.
Where can I purchase Port Aventura tickets?
At the same hotel and at the same price as in the park, we have a machine for you to purchase activities in the area.
Are they open all year round?
Yes, unlike most hotels in Salou, we are open all year round and equipped for it. Our location is ideal for summer, just 2 minutes from the beach and yacht club, and perfect for winter in the urban center where there is life and businesses open all year round. Calle Norte is a side street of the main street in Salou, Calle Barcelona.
Are there corporate rates?
